He is the former Global Head of Merchant solutions for Visa, and CEO Cyber-source, where he joined from his position of President Merchant Services at American Express.

He also serves as Member of the Advisory Board for IE and Governor at the World Economic Forum. Ramon is a Former Board Member at the National Retail Federation, Board Member at the Foundation for Gender Specific Medicine, Chairman at AECSC and Director at the board of AESEL.

Ramon is an awarded leader, methodical change agent and creative strategic thinker with thorough execution discipline, ample experience on business turn around, business innovation, start up, and expansion. He is a powerful speaker.

He works with C-Level clients in a broad range of sectors undergoing professional growth. Levering his education as Industrial Engineer, with a Masters in Business Administration, and a Columbia Coaching Certification, Ramon applies the foundation of a strong methodology to help his coaches become aware of their possibilities.
